Latest generation mesh thread lift

This is the latest technology in the era of facial and corporal lifts, it is safe and minimally invasive. It causes rapid collagen stimulation in the targeted area and commonly causes a tensing effect which matches that of a surgical facelift. It is an effective medical-cosmetic tool to remove wrinkles and to reduce facial flaccidity.

Results and duration

Duration: in most patients, the results from one session last for around a year, although this period may be longer or shorter depending on the specific features of each individual.

Results: following the treatment, an immediate pulling effect can be seen which can be interpreted to get an idea of what the final result will look like. The final result will usually appear in between 4 to 8 weeks.

What is it?

It is the latest thread lift technology with a pulling resistance of up to 80 times more than conventional threads. It is a 3D mesh structure made from absorbable Polydioxanone, which is a material that is 100% biocompatible with the human body, so there are no chance of the patient’s body rejecting it or any foreign bodies forming. These threads also have a lipolytic effect, which helps to reduce the volume of faces which are excessively round, or which have overly large fat compartments, promoting the mechanical lifting effect of the threads. Essentially, they have a double effect: they reduce the weight of the tissue and also lift it.
The central spiculated stitch supports the PDO mesh, while also encouraging the effective growth of the surrounding tissue through the pores, providing an effective adhesion and a strong resistance to the pulling.

How is it permormed?

It is very simple and versatile. The prongs used to insert the threads are of the highest quality, and no incisions need to be made. The threads are applied by inserting them under the skin with a prong, in the same area as would be treated for a facelift. At Nordetia Group, we execute this technique by observing the process directly and in real time using an ultrasound which allows us to monitor the entire thread, increasing the effectiveness and safety of the technique. A few days after the treatment, the adherence of the thread and tissue significantly increases, preventing the early reappearance of flaccidity. . The number of threads used will depend on the specific needs of the treated area, the degree of flaccidity (light, moderate, or severe), and the laxity of the tissue.

The long-term results of this technique are excellent and are incomparable to the results from other similar techniques. The latest generation threads stand out for their rapid collagen stimulation and their simple and versatile placement. Their pulling resistance is 80 times more than conventional threads.

Can I undergo other treatments if I have the latest generation threads in place?

This technique can be combined with dermal regenerative injections and with laser or radiofrequency treatments, providing that the time for the results to appear from the threads is respected, which can be up to 12 weeks.

If I have these threads in my face, can I have facial fillers?

No problem at all, although it is recommended to first monitor the tissue using an ultrasound, as the threads may tense the skin but not replace any lost volumes, which is what conventional fillers are used for.
